CheckInKit provides a platform for vacation rental owners to create and share apartment information with guests via QR codes. The service includes apartment management, translation tools, and QR code generation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account, (b) providing accurate apartment information, (c) complying with local laws regarding vacation rentals, (d) not using the service for illegal purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (apartment information, images). By using our service, you grant us a license to display and process this content to provide our service. We retain ownership of the CheckInKit platform and branding.

5. Limitation of Liability

CheckInKit is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted.
